From March 20 to 24, a training activity of ID Protocols has taken place in Glasgow. The training, organized by Leap Sport Scotland, allowed the participants to learn about how to create action protocols to prevent bullying and violence in mobility projects.

From March 20 to 24, a Learning Teaching Training Activity has been celebrated in Glasgow and it has been organised by Leap Sports Scotland. Leap Sport Scotland is an organization that works for greater inclusion of LGBTI people in sport and against homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in a sporting context. The purpose of the training was to teach participants how to create action protocols to prevent bullying and violence in mobility projects.

There were five days of training in which there was time to present the work that the entities of the partnership do in relation to the objective of the project and to share ideas for the creation of these protocols for the prevention of violence in international mobility.

Likewise, the representatives of the partner organizations were also able to enjoy Esocia!

About the project

The ID Pro (ID-PRO Protocols for Inclusion and Diversity) project seeks to establish protocols to facilitate the work of educators, youth workers, educational leaders and support staff working in mobility projects, both in the framework of the Erasmus+ Program and other international mobility programs.

Situations of bullying, violence or discrimination in mobility projects, of which we have several examples in all partner organizations in the project, must be dealt with promptly and without delay. The lack of clear protocols for action hinders the work of educational staff (including youth and non-formal education workers) and support staff and delays decisions, and can aggravate the problem and its consequences. Through the establishment of specific protocols for the prevention, action, mediation and/or reconciliation of violence and discrimination in international mobilities, roadmaps are provided for education and support staff to act in a more efficient manner and to ensure the best possible results.
