Supporting Educators’ Well-Being

Did you know that around 52% of educators report high levels of stress as a significant challenge in the profession.

This stress is not only detrimental to teachers' mental health and well-being but also affects the learning environment for students.

What are our objectives?

Provide training for teachers/educators

Implement training for educators – individual and group programs that provide them with resources, tools, and strategies for effectively managing stress and foster wellbeing.

Create impact on wider educational community

Enable trainers to disseminate acquired knowledge to their colleagues within their school, organization, and the broader community to mitigate stress and prevent burnout.

Foster knowledge exchange between experts

Foster peer learning and new synergies between teachers, trainers, mental health experts and other professional organizations.

Expected outcomes

Increased awareness and understanding among teachers/trainers regarding mental health issues, symptoms, and preventative strategies.

Enhanced capacity of trainers to recognize signs of stress and burnout in themselves and their colleagues, and to implement appropriate support measures.
