Train the Trainers

A training program will be conducted in Spain and France to address mental health, stress management, and burnout prevention for educators. Activities include workshops, empathy exercises, mindfulness, meditation, and physical activities, all led by experts in mental health and education.

Participants, including teachers and trainers, will gain tools and strategies for managing stress and fostering well-being.

Outcomes include increased awareness, the creation of support networks, and enhanced workplace well-being, with continuity ensured by involving the same participants.

Coaching and mentoring support groups

A six-month coaching program will run locally for educators, emphasizing peer learning and stress management. It will feature group sessions facilitated by trainers, psychologists, and education professionals, providing space for shared experiences and personal well-being strategies.

Participants, including trainers and facilitators, will strengthen resilience and improve their ability to handle stress effectively.

Outcomes include enhanced mental health support, long-term resilience, and improved communication among educators through peer learning networks.

Transnational partner meetings

A series of partner meetings will ensure effective project coordination and implementation. These include a kick-off meeting in Croatia at the beginning of the project to determine the specific roles, timelines, and methodologies, followed by mid-term and final virtual meetings to evaluate progress.

Participants, including project managers and technicians, will collaborate to streamline project tasks and strengthen partnerships.

Outcomes include clear communication, timely task execution, and alignment across the consortium to achieve project objectives efficiently.
