Additional Resources for Educators' Well-Being

In this section, we highlight valuable tools, methods, and training materials developed by other European projects that share a common purpose with From Burnout to Balance: supporting educators’ well-being, preventing burnout, and promoting mental health in learning environments.

These resources come from sister initiatives and collaborators who joined our final webinar or work in similar fields. We believe sharing and learning from one another strengthens our collective impact.

AHEAD in VET focuses on strengthening mental-health competences within vocational education. The project provides educators with tools such as a self-assessment questionnaire and online training modules designed to help them better understand and respond to learners’ wellbeing needs. It offers a structured approach that institutions can explore when looking to improve mental-health awareness in their VET environment.
