This module guides participants in creating a personalized stress management plan. It includes identifying stressors, self-assessment, learning coping strategies, and developing an action plan with goals, resources, and timelines. Through interactive exercises and peer feedback, participants gain tools to enhance resilience and maintain well-being.
2. Understanding and Managing Stress
This module, “Understanding and Managing Stress” by ASAPME, focuses on identifying stress symptoms,responses, self-assessment tools and strategies for managing crises. The program also includes conflict resolution techniques, cognitive and relaxation exercises and workplace well-being strategies to prevent burnout.
3. Introduction to Emotional Intelligence
This module explores key concepts of emotional intelligence and practical applications in education. It covers self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills, offering exercises for emotional development. The program also integrates mindfulness, conflict resolution, and classroom strategies to enhance emotional well-being and teaching effectiveness.
