About In.Pact

The IN.PACT project, within the Erasmus+ KA220-YOU program, aims to foster youth participation by training facilitators and reducing the marginalization of at-risk young people.

It is led by Gaia Education Europe (Belgium) in collaboration with partners from Spain, Italy and France.

IN.PACT objectives

Building a Collaborative Network

Connecting youth organizations across Europe to overcome isolation, share best practices, and enhance collective action.

Upskilling youth and youth workers

Providing specialized training in participatory methodologies, leadership, and facilitation through a hybrid program combining online and in-person modules.

Reducing Youth Marginalization

Empowering marginalized youth, including NEETs and young migrants, to become active community leaders.

Project aims at creating impact through the following activities:

Mapping of Participatory Practices

Identifying, analyzing, and connecting youth participation experiences across Europe.

Establishing a Community of Practice (CoP)

Bringing together stakeholders who have successfully implemented these participatory practices.

Hybrid Training Program

Combining online and in-person modules for training youth facilitators.

Smart Labs Implementation

Establishing local community spaces for hands-on participatory training practices and youth-led initiatives.

for youth organizations, workers, and facilitators to foster a network for knowledge sharing and enable the replication of successful initiatives.

for replicating these practices across other communities.

IN.PACT empowers young individuals to become change agents while building a sustainable network of participatory organizations and practices. This initiative aims to decrease youth marginalization and promote active, meaningful community involvement across Europe.
