In this European and global context, becoming a Host Company represents a vision for the present and the future. Join us to promote, with the support and experience that Mundus provides, the growth of the Aragonese business network, while contributing to the social and educational benefit of the young people from all over Europe that we host every year in Zaragoza.
How to become a Host Company?
Give new value to your business and internationalise your working environment!
01. Commitment
It is crucial that companies understand their role in the training process of the students they receive in their facilities. Within our programme, our companies are committed to outlining the specific stages of each student’s training pathway, thus ensuring that the tasks they carry out in the company have a clear and defined purpose that meets the needs of the students.
02. Monitoring
In addition, the companies designate a person in charge who supervises the student during his or her period of non-work experience. This supervisor is in charge of ensuring the relevance of the tasks and their proper fulfilment, evaluating the performance of the trainee during his/her stay in the company, validating the competences acquired throughout the process and being the closest point of contact in case of questions or conflicts.
03. Collaboration
Companies participating in Erasmus+ projects undertake to collaborate in the creation of the internship plan and to complete the necessary documents for the international validation of the internship, always with the support of Mundus.
What administrative procedures are involved?
The Erasmus+ programme requires the signature of a number of official documents in order to guarantee that mobilities have been carried out properly.
Training period and timetable
Students are expected to work between 30 and 35 hours per week, divided into 6 to 7 hours per day. Practice times will be between 7:00 and 21:00, with continuous or split shifts. The aim is for the student to travel in complete safety.
At weekends, it is common for students to take part in leisure activities and cultural visits, so the periods and times of placements will be established prior to the start of the placements. In this way, we will be able to achieve greater planning and organisation.
For companies that have different conditions (closure of the shop, activity to be carried out, specific timetables, etc.), these particular cases will be assessed so that both companies and students obtain the greatest possible benefit.
