In this European and global context, becoming a Host Company represents a vision for the present and the future. Join us to promote, with the support and experience that Mundus provides, the growth of the Aragonese business network, while contributing to the social and educational benefit of the young people from all over Europe that we host every year in Zaragoza.
Give new value to your business and internationalise your working environment!
It is crucial that companies understand their role in the training process of the students they receive in their facilities. Within our programme, our companies are committed to outlining the specific stages of each student’s training pathway, thus ensuring that the tasks they carry out in the company have a clear and defined purpose that meets the needs of the students.
In addition, the companies designate a person in charge who supervises the student during his or her period of non-work experience. This supervisor is in charge of ensuring the relevance of the tasks and their proper fulfilment, evaluating the performance of the trainee during his/her stay in the company, validating the competences acquired throughout the process and being the closest point of contact in case of questions or conflicts.
Companies participating in Erasmus+ projects undertake to collaborate in the creation of the internship plan and to complete the necessary documents for the international validation of the internship, always with the support of Mundus.
What administrative procedures are involved?
The Erasmus+ programme requires the signature of a number of official documents in order to guarantee that mobilities have been carried out properly.
Signed between the company and Mundus on a one-off basis, for the duration of the programme framework, it functions as an agreement detailing the responsibilities and duties of both parties.
Equivalent to an apprenticeship contract, it is signed by the sending school, the student, the host company and Mundus. This is where more specific details of the student’s mobility are specified.
It is carried out once during the stay and allows the student to prove that he/she is actually doing an Erasmus+ placement.
At the end of the mobility, this document signed by the company is given to the students, serving as accreditation of their placement.
Certificate of attendance
It serves as the student’s daily “clocking-in”, to keep track of the daily working hours. It must be filled in with the date, time of arrival and departure, and the signature of the guardian in the company.
During the last week of the mobility, the tutor will assess the students’ skills (techniques, knowledge, punctuality, etc.).
