About the position:
We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in managing international projects to join the Mundus action in Africa. Based at our headquarters in Zaragoza (Spain), the role requires high availability and strong willingness to travel internationally.
We are seeking a proactive, flexible, and committed professional, capable of leading international consortia, with excellent communication and people management skills.
About Mundus:
Mundus is an organization based in Zaragoza (Spain), located in the city center. Since 2013, we have been working on international mobility programs and youth empowerment activities.
For more than 6 years, we have been actively involved in the African continent through skills development projects, mobility initiatives, and youth-focused programs.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Work on and coordinate international educational projects from start to finish, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Represent Mundus at international events, meetings, and networks related to education and development
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with international partners, educational institutions, and stakeholders.
- Teamwork with the other members of the department and with other departments at Mundus (Communication, Logistics, Administration).
- Oversee the quality and relevance of educational content and materials, aligned with project goals and target audiences.
Your profile
- University degree or higher vocational training in: Education, Management and Administration, International Relations, Political Science, Or other relevant fields
- At least 2 years of experience managing and executing international projects.
- Experience in development cooperation or working in developing countries (ideally in Africa)
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
- High work capacity, reliability, and strong professional commitment.
Languages:
- English: C1 level or native speaker (oral and written, must be proven) – Mandatory
- French: C1 level or native speaker (oral and written, must be proven) – Very important
- Spanish is not required. Support will be provided for accommodation and Spanish courses if needed.
