About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Technician to join our team at Mundus, based in Zaragoza (Spain). In this role, you will work on European projects, coordinate international partnerships, and represent Mundus at meetings, workshops, and events abroad.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, flexible, and committed professional with a passion for international development, strong people management skills, and the ability to lead diverse consortiums.

About Mundus

Mundus is a Zaragoza-based organization working since 2013 on international mobility, education, and youth empowerment. Over the past six years, we’ve expanded our footprint across the African continent, implementing initiatives in skills development, mobility, and VET excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on and coordinate international educational projects from start to finish, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Represent Mundus at international events, meetings, and networks related to education and development.
  • Organize educational exchanges, study visits, and workshops focused on VET training and non-formal education.
  • Maintain fluid and collaborative communication with international partners, educational institutions and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the quality and relevance of educational content and materials, aligned with project goals and target audiences.

Your Profile

Essential Requirements

  • University degree or higher vocational training in Education, International Relations, Political Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in international projects.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Availability to travel internationally.
  • High work capacity, reliability, and strong professional commitment.

Desirable Skills

  • Proficiency in an additional foreign language (minimum B2 level).
