The final newsletter of the From Burnout to Balance project is now available.
As the project From Burnout to Balance reaches its final chapter, the third newsletter takes a reflective look at everything the partnership has built throughout 2025.
Across Spain, France and Croatia, educators took part in trainings, mentoring circles and peer-support sessions that helped them recognise stress earlier, communicate more openly and bring healthier emotional practices into their classrooms.
This edition also highlights the impact of the Coaching & Mentoring groups, where teachers found space to speak honestly about challenges, set clearer boundaries and support each other through demanding moments. These shared reflections became one of the project’s most meaningful outcomes.
The newsletter then brings us to the project’s closing event — the Teacher Wellbeing Lab, held on 26 November 2025 — where participants exchanged tools, discussed future directions for Erasmus+ projects and explored how emotional sustainability can shape stronger learning communities across Europe.
