Context

In a rapidly evolving job market, VET students need career guidance that prepares them for both local and international opportunities. The skills required to succeed globally are not always the same as those needed in a local context. CG International bridges this gap by equipping VET teachers, school counselors, and career guidance professionals with the right tools and knowledge to support students effectively. Through tailored training and international career guidance strategies, the project helps students make informed decisions about their professional future.

Objectives

The main objective is the development of international career guidance strategies within VET schools. The specific objectives include:

Strengthen teacher and expert capacity to deliver effective career guidance.
Offer comprehensive career counseling services for VET students.
Provide targeted capacity-building training for career guidance experts.
Align vocational education with development strategies to enhance expert capacity.
Promote public-private partnerships to improve VET collaboration and alignment.
