Introduction to the course and core concepts of emotional intelligence, with a focus on recognising stress and its effects in educational and professional settings.
Unit 2: Stress Management and Emotional Resilience
Development of practical skills to understand, manage, and respond to stress while strengthening emotional resilience.
Unit 3: Positive Psychology and Self-Awareness Practices
Application of positive psychology, effective communication, conflict resolution, mindfulness, and coaching strategies to support personal and professional wellbeing.
Unit 4: Personal Stress Management Planning and Evaluation
Design and completion of an individual stress management plan, combined with reflection, course closure, and final evaluation.
