This course introduces internationalisation in vocational education and training with a focus on developing Erasmus+ mobility projects, with a special focus on KA1 and KA2. It provides practical guidance on planning, managing, and evaluating mobility activities for learners and staff.
Course 2: Internationalisation in VET - How to develop Erasmus + mobility projects
Supports the Erasmus+ Programme priorities by strengthening international cooperation and mobility in vocational education and training.
Why is this course important for teachers?
Internationalisation has become a key driver of quality, innovation, and inclusion in vocational education and training. In an increasingly interconnected Europe, VET institutions are expected to equip learners and staff with international competences, work-based learning experiences abroad, and a strong sense of European citizenship. However, designing and managing successful mobility projects requires specific knowledge, strategic planning, and a clear understanding of Erasmus+ frameworks.
Participants will gain practical tools to plan mobility activities, select and collaborate with international partners, ensure quality and participant support, and evaluate impact and sustainability.
