This project aimed to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of vocational mobilities in the VET sector. It focused on equipping teachers with the necessary skills, providing a comprehensive guide for accompanying persons, and fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among project partners to ensure the inclusion of best practices. Ultimately, the project sought to create more meaningful and impactful vocational mobility experiences for students in the VET sector.

Overall, the project's main objectives were to address skill shortages among mentors and tutors within companies who are responsible for overseeing and guiding trainees during their traineeship period, produce valuable outcomes for participating organizations, and foster an extended network of partners in the VET sector. By doing so, we aimed to enhance the quality of mentorship, support the professional development of mentors, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of traineeships in various industries.

Adopted in 2020, WBL2 was designed to address youth unemployment in Europe by building work-based learning environments and developing partnerships between vocational education and training providers. The project takes a holistic approach to boosting youth employability and promoting networking and cooperation across sectors.

Reinforced and upgraded youth group methodology on building healthy relationships (Re-GROUP) is a 22-month KA2 project funded by the Erasmus + program that focuses on the use of the Youth Group methodology, developed by the MARTA Center in Latvia.
