Mundus is excited to kick off SHINE – Solar Hands‑on training and International Network of Exchange – a pioneering 36‑month Erasmus+ Capacity Building in VET project co‑financed by the European Commission. This initiative brings together 10 organisations across 6 countries (Spain, Greece, the Netherlands; and Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda) to empower youth in Africa with sustainable green‑energy skills

What is SHINE?

SHINE aims to address the technical, digital, and entrepreneurial skills gap in solar photovoltaic technology. The project will co-create, pilot, and roll out a cutting‑edge hybrid training curriculum in VET centres, combined with digital tools and mobility opportunities, to prepare young African professionals for green‑energy careers .
