Sun Dreams Global and Mundus have successfully wrapped up their Summer 2024 Staff Training program in Fuerteventura, Spain
Over 160 teachers from Polish schools were trained in soft skills and English, marking a transformative experience for many who traveled abroad for the first time
Fuerteventura, Spain. Mundus and Sun Dreams Global, supported by Erasmus+, are proud to announce the successful conclusion of our Summer 2024 Staff Training program. This unique initiative brought together over 160 teachers from various schools across Poland for an intensive month of professional development in the stunning setting of Fuerteventura.
Throughout the program, participants received high-level training in soft skills and English language proficiency, all while experiencing the beauty and culture of this island paradise. For some of the teachers, this was their first time traveling outside of Poland, making the experience both professionally enriching and personally transformative. The overwhelming gratitude expressed by participants underscores the significance of this opportunity to learn and broaden their horizons.
Our team carefully structures each course to meet the specific needs of the group, ensuring that each participant gains valuable skills and knowledge relevant to their profession. For this group of Polish teachers, we have developed a comprehensive program that goes beyond improving their English language skills, encompassing specialized topics tailored to their professional needs. By immersing themselves in an English-speaking environment and participating in targeted training sessions, these teachers can both enhance their language proficiency and acquire new teaching methodologies to implement in their own classrooms.
